Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a peQ111a r meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the- 17th day of June • 1985•

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 455
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - BROCKPAHLER ADDITION
WHEREAS, the development contract for the Brockpahler Addition requires a minimuri
front yard building setback of 50 feet for compliance with ordinance minimun lot
width standards; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Lots 2 and 3 of the Block 1 of Brockpahler
Addition can achieve the required ordinance minimum lot width standards with minimum
front yard setbacks of 40 and 47 feet respectively for Lots 2 and 3; and
WHEREAS, the developer and perspective owners of Lots 2 and 3 have requested that the
development contract be so amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
is that the development contract for the Brockpahler Addition, paragraph 14.3 be amended
to read as follows:
"Minimum front yard building setback shall be 50 feet as indicated on the submitted
plans, for compliance with the ordinance minimum standards, providing however that
the minimum front yard building setback for Block 1, Lot 2 shall be 40 feet, and 47
feet for Block 1, Lot 3."
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
