Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularmeeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _ 17th day of
�_, 1985. The following members were present: Deoxy Mayor

absent: Maynr� Oavenpnrt
Cnunr_ilmemher Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 453
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-309
PROJECT NO. 427
SCHMIDT'S GARDENS ADDITION - STREETS AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 85-309 adopted May 6, 1985 the City Council
awarded the contract for the construction of the Schmidt's Gardens Addition
Improvements (Project No. 427) to Latour Construction;
AND, WHEREAS, it has been determined that the bid of Latour Construction was
incomplete and not responsive to the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KLEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Resolution N 85-309 awarding the contract for
Project No. 427 to Latour Construction is rescinded.
The motio,r for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CnijnrJ1mamhpr Metis , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deauty Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Crain_ Neils and Vaciliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
