Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of

The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-450
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
OLIVE LANE FROM COUNTY ROAD 6 TO 14TH AVENUE NORTH
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requests the improvement of Olive Lane from County
Road 6 to 14th Avenue by the installation of 9 ton bituminous street
with concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, sanitary sewer,
watermain and all necessary impurtances, filed with the Council on
June 17, 1985, is hereby declared to be signed by the required per-
centage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is
made in conformity to Minnesota Statute Section 429.035.
2. The petirionFr dnea hereby waive their rights to public improvement
hearings and special assessment hearings on the improvements.
. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates and is instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement in
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
