HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-444CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call an- notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of June , 1985. The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Vasiliou its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 85-444 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, The City of Plymouth has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of certain portions of West Medicine Lake Drive within Section 22 and 23, Township 118, Range 22 Hennepin County, Minnesota; WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation: Vacation of road after plat is filed That part of West Medicine Lake Drive, also known as County No. 154, which lies within Outlot D, Plymouth Parkview, Hennepin County, isMinnesota. Vacation of road before plat is filed. That part of West Medicine Lake Drive, also known as County Road 154, lying in the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. and; That part of West Medicine Lake Drive, also known as County Road 154, lying in the west 21.00 feet of Government Lot 5, Section 23, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 15, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 10 following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
