Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of .lune 19as—.

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 440
APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 1985-1986
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses
have been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, ir
accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that renewal of On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses be approved
for the period from July 1, 1985 through June 30, 1986 for the following:
Elm Creek Golf Course
18940 Highway #55
Ivy's Place
12210 County Road 9
.Golden China Restaurant Marcello's Pizza & Pasta

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
