CITY OF PLVND M Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a apgjjlar_ meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of binp . 19 rr The following members were present: pp tX Maynr Srhnaidpr,, Cnijnrilmpihhprc Crain, The following members were absent: Maynr naypnpnrt Cmc _ilmemher Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 432 ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of the following resolutions, special assessments were levied by the City Council for Plymouth Hills Addition: Resolution No. Levy No. Description 80-742 8413 Plymouth Hills Area Street, Curb and Cutter and Utilities 80-742 8414 Plymouth Hills Area Street, Curb and Cutter and Utilities 80-742 8415 Plymouth Hills Area Street, Curb and Gutter and Utilities 80-742 7648 Plymouth Hills Area Street, Curb and Gutter and Utilities 80-479 7662 Northwest Interceptor Sewer 83-518 9138 1983 Weed Removal 83-132 8819 1982 Weed Roll No. 2 81-37A 8097 Plymouth Hills 2nd Addn. Sewer Area 84-674 9608 1984 Weed Roll No. 1 and No. 2 and; WHEREAS, certain properties have been delinquent in paying said special assessments; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has now reached an agreement with said property owner to abate the existing assessments and to relevy said assessments; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 432 Page 2 R. 1.
