Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day
of June , 1985. The following members were present: yor Davenport,
Councilmembers Schneider, Neils. Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Schneider' introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 419
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER No. 4
DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 408
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the addition of a
bituminous trail along the 27th Place alignment with its associrted restora-
tion. The work shall be performed in accordance with the plan attached and
those dated June 1, 1984 as prepared for S.A.P. 155-163-01:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
