The following members were present: yor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Neils. Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none *etit ,Ir�r a� Councilmember Schneider' introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 419 APPROVING CHANGE ORDER No. 4 DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 408 WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the addition of a bituminous trail along the 27th Place alignment with its associrted restora- tion. The work shall be performed in accordance with the plan attached and those dated June 1, 1984 as prepared for S.A.P. 155-163-01: Total Estimated Cost of Change Order No. 4 $49751.00 AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for the Dunkirk Lane street improvements and . contracat Project 408 ITEM # DESCRIPTION UNITUAQ NTITY UNIT PRICE TOTAL 1) 2105.525 Topsoil borrow (CV) C.Y. 40 $ 8.45 $ 338.00 2) 2521.511 2" Bituminous Walk S.F. 4,150 0.65 2,697.50 3) 2575.505 Sodding S.Y. 110 1.05 115.50 4) Final Grading L.S. 1 1,600.00 1,600.00 Total Estimated Cost of Change Order No. 4 $49751.00 AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for the Dunkirk Lane street improvements and . contracat Project 408 is recommended for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY C011NCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for the Dunkirk Lane street improvements contract Project No. 408 adding $4,751.00 is hereby approved. Total cost including Change Orders No. 1, 2 and 3 $1,637,111.19 Change Order No. 4 Add 4,751.00 Revised cost $1,641,862.19 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
