Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day
of June , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 418
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF JUNEAU LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Keith T. Harstad has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following streets:
All that part of Juneau Lane North in the plat of Kingaview
Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying north of the following
described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said
Outlot A; thence South 00'13'48" West 669.70 feet along the west
line of said Outlot A; thence South 00°26'31" West 212.16 feet
along said west line to the point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence South 89°33'29" East 33.00 feet and said line
there terminating.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 1, 1985 at
7:30 p.m. in 0- Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
