Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day
of June , 1985. The following members were present:
Mayor avenpor , Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 417
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON
NIAGARA LANE BETWEEN TRUNK HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 6
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken the improvement of Niagara Lane
between Trunk Highway 55 and County Road 6 by the installation of bituminous
street and concrete curb and gutter in conformance with municipal state aid
standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on Niagara Lane between
Trunk Highway 55 and County Road 6;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorised to install No
Parking signs on both sides of Niagara Lane between Trunk Highway 55 and County
Road 6.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
