Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re9ul4r meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day
of June , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport.
Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 416
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 225
45TH/46TH AVENUE - STREETS AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken Project No. 225; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and temporary
easements are required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the
interests of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens
of the City of Plymouth for the City to acquire said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence
condemnation proceedings for Project No. 225 for the following described
easements within the following described parcel:
• Description of Parcel:
Outlot "C", Trenton Place according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Description of Easement:
A perpetual easement for public right of way purposes over, under and across
the North 30 feet; together with a utility easement over the South 20 feet of
the North 50 feet of the West 15 feet of the above described parcel.
Together with a temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and
across the South 30 feet of the North 60 feet of the above described parcel.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
