Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day
of June , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport.
Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou

RESOLUTION NO. 85- 412
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
XENIUM LANE - NORTH OF 34TH AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD 9
PROJECT NO. 505 - STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of Xenium
Lane north of 34th Avenue to County Road 9; and
WFEREAS, bids were received, opened and tablulated according to law, and the
fallowing bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Nodland Associates of Alexandria, Minnesota is
the lowest -esponsible bidder in the amount of $256,860.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RES01VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to entez into
the attached contract with Nodland Associates of Alexandria, Minnesota
in the name of the City of Plymouth for the construction of Project
505 in the amount of $256,860.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until the contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
