Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular ■seting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of June . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmen ers chneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 411
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
BROWN CAMPBELL BUILDING (90001)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Volp Construction Company for Brown Campbell Building located
at 15405 Medina Road was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-145; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $36,000.00; a:�d,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No.
40OFT3143 in the amount of $36,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Volp Construction Company for Brown Campbell Building located at 15405
Medina Road.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
