Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular ,meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ird day of June 1935.
The following members were present: (Mayor Davenport, ouncilmem ers c nei er,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 410
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WORD OF LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD
CHURCH (84015)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Word of Life Assembly of God Church located at 12300 18th
Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 84-781; and,
WHEREAS, the, developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Savings Certificate in the amount of $112,784.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Plymouth by Resolution No. 85 -?n1 authorized the re-
duction of this Savings Certificate to $77,784.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and recom-
mends reduction of the Savings Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that It should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Savings Certifi-
cate No. 10101 in the amount of $77,784.00 which was submitted to guarantee site im-
provements for Word of Life Assembly of God Church located at 12300 18th Avenue North
to $52,830.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
