isPursuantto due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of June . 1985,
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou _
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 405
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BF MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION, LOT DIV-
ISION AND VARIANCE FOR NORTHLAND MANAGEMFNT CORPORATION (95029)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation, Lot Division and Variance
for Northland Management Corporation for property located north of County Road 15 and
north and south of Highway 55 in the Northwest Quarter of Section 36;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation, Lot Division and Variance:
• 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. No Building Permit to be Issued until the Lot Consolidation, Lot Division and
Variance are filed with Hennepin County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot Consolidation
and Lot Division with Hennepin County.
5. Appropriate deed restrictions and covenants, as approved by the City Attorney,
shall be filed on the property restricting future division and development of
Tract A, except through Ordinance required platting.
6. Variance approved to divide property by means other than platting, on the basis
that the request complies with the Code Variance Criteria and the action is
housekeeping in nature, pending future development.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou _
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolut'_on was declared duly passed and adopted.
