Pursuant to due caii and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of June . I9Jjr.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-396
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
3220 XENIUM LANE AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
3220 Xenium Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District to R-2 (low density
multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval of Final Plat for Wallace
Cates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Wallace Cates to be
filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly saoonded by
Councilmember Vasiliou ,and upon vote being takRn thereon,, the
following voted In favor thereof:
Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
