Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plyaouth, Minnesota, was held eii-the 3 rd dary of June . 19 35

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-392
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ROSEWOOD CORPORATION FOR LORELI'S
ADDITION (84084)
WHEREAS, Rosewood Corporation Company has requested approval for Final Plat for
Loreli's Addition, a plat for industrial property located west of County Road 18
Service Road and north of the railroad track in Section 1;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Rosewood
Corporation for Loreli's Addition located west of County Road 18 Service Road and north
of the railroad track in Section 1.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilMmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor avenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
