Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of
June , 1985. The following members were present: '18yor Davenport,
Count members Crain, Neils, Schneider, Vasiliou . The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 382
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 412
ZACHARY HILLLS 3RD AND 4TH ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA
WHEREAS, it has been determined to defer this assessment until January 1, 1987
and interest shall start on said date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the assessment for the following parcel shall be
deferred until January 1, 1987; provided, however, that if the property is
subdivided, the deferred assessment shall become payable:

FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessment shall be placed on the property at
