Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of
May , 1985 . The following members were present

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 374
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL CONCEPT PLANS FOR
GREEN OAKS AND CIRCLE NEIGHBORHOOD PARRS PLAY AREAS
I,"HEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
approved the concept plans for Green Oaks and Circle neighborhood parks
play areas, and
WHEREAS, area residents have reviewed and commented favorably_ on said
proposed plans, and
WHEREAS, the 1985 CIP contemplates the expenditure of neighborhood park
dedication funds for the updating of play equipment at Circle and
Green Oaks neighborhood parks, and
WHEREAS, the Citv Council has reviewed and approved said final concept
plans for Circle and Green Oaks neighborhood parks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that said plans presented to the City Council
on °lav 20, 1985, are hereby approved, and the Director o: Finance is
authorized to transfer $71,344 from the Park Dedication fu,1s to the
Construction account to be used for upgrading the play equi -?nt at
Circle and Green Oaks neighborhood parks.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Qpuncilmember Neils. , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follow g vote ink r thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider a d Vasiliou-
followi„g voted against or abstained. none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
