Pursuant to Lue call and notice thereof, a reoular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Eild on t e 20th day of

Councilnember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-370
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1985 TREE HAULING PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, S42,400 has been budgeted for the 1985 tree hauling contractural services
to be carried out on City owned lands;
AND, WHEREAS, In accordance with City bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on April 26, 1985
AND, WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER AMOUNT
Pioneer Tree Service S25/hr.
AND WHEREAS, The bid of Pioneer Tree Service is in conformance with City specifications
and Pioneer Tree Service is therefore declared the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYTiOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Pioneer Tree
Service, that funds for this proposal -are authorized from account No. 206-206-810.26
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by nber Neils , and upon vote beingtaken thereon, the
fol owing Vote in avor ereo Ft�or Davenport, Cuncilmembers Crain,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass -&-&P-ted.
