Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a requlair meetinR of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 85-369
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1985 TREE RE110VAL PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, $42,400 has been budgeted for the 1985 tree removal contractual
services proposal to be carried out on City owned lands;
AND, WHEREAS, In accordance with City bid specifications were preoared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on April 18, 1985
AND, WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER AMOUNT
Coolen Bros. 526,411.00
Pioneer Lree Service 528,066.85
Forest Vally Tree Service $33,620.00
AND WHEREAS, The bid of Coolen Bros. is in conformance with Cite ;Pecifications
for the tree removal and Coolen Bros. is therefore declared the lowest re-
sponsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Coolen Bros.
in the amount of ;26,417.00 further, that funds for this proposal are authorized
from account No. 206-2U6-810.26 '
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon. the
fol ow wt avor cram : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neil s, Schneider and Vasiliou
