HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-365CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of May , 1985 . The following members were present: Mayor avenpor ounce mem ers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-365 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT SWAN LAKE ADDITION -PROJECT NO. 539 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the proposed Swan Lake Addition (NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County) by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and drainage facilities, 7 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances filed with the Council on May 20, 1985 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. this declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statute Section 429.035. 2. The petitioner has waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 4 Assoc., Inc., and he is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
