• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ng of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t— hW--7Uth day of May 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenporouncilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 360
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR WOODDALF
NORTH PLAT TWO FOR DENNIS DIRLAM, DIRLAM DEVELOPMENT (85033) (RPUD 84-3)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Wooddale North Plat Two as requested by Dennis Dirlam, Dirlam Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
• 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. Subittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and
restrictions as approved by the City Attorney shall be filed with the Final Plat.
5. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved RPUD 84-3 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoino Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayoc Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following vpted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
