Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of May . 19U.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain. Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-359
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR DENNIS DIRLAM, DIRLAM DEVELOPMENT FOR
WOODDALE NORTH PLAT TWO (RPUD 84-3) (85033)
WHEREAS, Dennis Dirlam, Dirlam Development has requested approval for Final Plat for
Wooddale North Plat Two, a plat for 37 single family lots located east of Vicksburg
Lane and south of future Schmidt Lake Road;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Dennis Dirlam,
Dirlam Development for Wooddale North Plat Two located east of Vicksburg Lane and south
. of future Schmidt Lake Road; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
