. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of May . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-356
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
MONTGOMERY 2ND ADDITION FOR JOHN B. WALDRON FOR DOUGLAS R. NELSON AND WILLIAM
GRANDSTAFF REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT (85007)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat. and Development Contract for
Montgomery 2nd Addition as requested by Sohn B. Waldron for Douglas R. Nelson and
William Grandstaff Revocable Trust Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the con-
struction of municipal sewer and water.
4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filinq the Final Plat.
7. No Building Permits to be Issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
