Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on -the h day of May . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenpor ounciimem ers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-350
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR LSI CORPORATION (85021)
WHEREAS, LSI Corporation has requested consolidation of parcels into one lot for the
purposes of expanding their existing facility and associated parking area at 2100
Xenium Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
That part of Lot 4, Block 1, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK, LYING Westerly of
following described line: Beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 4
. distant 39.43 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North 4 degrees 36
minutes 20 seconds West, 300.2.1 feet; thence Northeasterly 182.13 feet along a
tangential curve to the right having a radius of 399.26 feet; thence North 21
degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds East to the point of intersection with the North
line of said Lot 4; except the Easterly 20 rt. thereof.
Also that part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Townwhip
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Easterly of the northerly extens-
ion of the West line of Block 1, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the re-
corded plat thereof, and which lies South of a line 759.71 feet North of and
parallel with the South line of said Block 1 and which lies Westerly of the fol-
lowing described line:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Lot 4 of said Block 1 distant 39.43 feet
West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence North 4 degrees 36 minutes 20
seconds West 300.21 feet, assuming the South line of said Block 1 to bear North 88
degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East; thence Northeasterly 182.13 feet along a tan-
gential curve to the right having a radius of 399.26 feet; thence North 21 degrees
31 minutes 50 seconds East tangent to the last described curve, 215.74 feet;
thence Northeasterly along a tangential curve to the left having a radius of
419.26 feet to the intersection with a line 759.71 feet North of and parallel with
the South line of said Hlock 1 and there terminating.
Subject to an easement for street purposes over, under and across the North 60.0
feet thereof.

To be consolidated into a single new parcel to he described as follows:
This part of Lot 4, Block 1, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK lying Westerly of a line
drawn parallel with and distance 20.00 feet Westerly of Line A described below.
Also That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Easterly of the Northerly
extension of the West line of Block 1, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK and which lies
south of a line 759.71 feet north of and parallel with the South line of said
Block 1 and which lies Westerly of Line A described below:
Line A: Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 4 of said Block; distant
39.43 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence North 4
degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds West 300.21 feet, assuming the South line
of said Block 1 to bear North 88 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East;
thence Northeasterly 182.13 feet along a tangential curve to the right
having a radius of 399.26 feet; thence North 21 degrees 31 minutes 50
seconds East tangent to the last described curve, 215.74 feet; thence
Northeasterly along a tangential curve to the left having a radius of
419.26 feet to the intersection with a line 759.71 feet North of and
parallel with the South line of said Block 1 and there terminating.
Subject to an easement for street purposes over, under and across the North 60.0
feet thereof; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager he authorized to make the necessary special assessment
•corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The mo*fon for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counce member Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: avenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
