Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of
Ma , 1985. The following members were present7-- Myor Davenport,
Councilmembers Schneider, Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 346
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
RESIDENTIAL STREET LIGHTING
QUANTICO LANE - 3RD AVENUE TO 8TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 22nd day of April 1985
fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Quantico Lane
from 3rd Avenue to 8th Avenue by the installation of a residential street
lighting system; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearings with two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 20th
day of May 1985 in which all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
. PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted May 20, 1985.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement and coordinate it with Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, COuncilmembem, Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
