Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day
of May , 1985. The following members were present: %or Davenport.
Counci ren ern rain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 344
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF THE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE SANT
LOT 11, BLOCK 5, GREENTREE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a utility and drainage easnt oo
Lot 11, Block 5, Greentree West Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was s€noduled for
May 20, 1985 in accordance with Minnesota States 412.851 as aid -du mod
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and postod two
weeks prior to the meeting of May 20, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on May 20, 1965 to interim amp
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the utility and drat"ge
easement on Lot 11, Block 5, Greentrees West Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said sosonwt is not tssvdvd
for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OW "M CITY or
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following drainage and utility est ie
vacated:
The North 6 feet of the West 35 feet of Lot ll, Block S. Grvvntrov legs
