Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ■seting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held a—n--t'W 6th day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-341
AWARDING BID FOR TOIJING AND IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLES
TO PLYMOUTH VILLAGE AUT0f10TIVE, INCORPORATED
WHEREAS, the City submitted proposals for the towing and imnoundinq of
vehicles, and
WHEREAS, bids were received on April 4, 1985 and were publicly onened
and tabulated according to law, and
WHEREAS, it appears that Plymouth Village Automotive, Incorporated is
deemed to be the lowest responsible bidder:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY T14E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with the Plymouth Village Automotive,
Incorporated in the name of the City of Plymouth for the towing and
impounding of vehicles, accordinq to the specifications on file in the
office of the City Clerk;
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, extent
that the deposit of the successful bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ouncilmCrain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
-following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils.
