CounrilmPmhPr Srhnaidor introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 338
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT 225 - 45TH/46TH AVENUE, NATHAN LANE TO ZACHARY LANE AND
PROJECT 517 - REVERE LANE IN TRENTON PLACE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City Council as follows:
1. Project No. 225 - 45th Avenue/46th Avenue, Nathan Lane to Zachary Lane
Resolution No. 85-151; March 4, 1985
2. Project No. 517 - Revere Lane in Trenton Place Addition
Resolution No. 85-137; February 25, 1985
The City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 6 Associates, has
prepared plans and specifications for bituminous street with concrete curb and
gutter, sanitary sewer and watermain, storm sewer and all necessary appurte-
nances; and
1bWHEREAS, the consulting engineer has presented such plans and specifications to
the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifica-
tions. The advertisement shall be published for three days, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by
the City Clerk until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, 1985, at which time
they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota by
the City Manager and the City Engineer and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied
by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable
to the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
