Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day
of May , 1985. The following members were present:
Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 337
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION FOR SANITARY SEWER ON COUNTY ROAD 9
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of County Road 9 between
the existing manhole lying easterly of the intersection of Old County Road 9
and New County Road 9 in the plat of Creekside of Plymouth to the southwest
corner of the Kingsview Heights Addition plat by the installation of sanitary
sewer main and all necessary appurtenances was filed with the Council on May 6,
1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH that the petition is referred to the City Engineer to be placed on file
and considered with the 1986 CIP.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
