Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
May , 1985. The following members were present: r Davenport,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 317
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 337
DEVRIES 2ND ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
29th Avenue, 30th Avenue and Kilmer Lane within Devries 2nd Addition
by the installation of sanitary sewer and watermain laterals, storm sewer,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurte-
nances; and the contract price for such improvement is $152,248.36 and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$28,657.27, so the total cost of the improvement will be $180,905.63 and of
this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost;
0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $180,905.63.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the
Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office if the
City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereof, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Milt,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
