HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-312CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of Play , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou 16 The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 312 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND , TRINITY PONDS ADDITION (79009) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 15, 1979, Trinity Associates, developer of Trinity Ponds Addition (79009), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH Lhat the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: . ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $11,000 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 5,505 -0- Watermain 5,690 100 Storm Sewer 4,640 -0- Boulevard Sod 1,400 400 Pond or Ditch Construction 500 -0- Street Signs 150 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 750 250 Erosion Control 1,000 500 Site Grading 7,000 -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 4,516 150 TOTAL $42,151 $1,400 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $10,660 to $1,400 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter is accepted as of May 6, 1985 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, _Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
