Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day
of ;day , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Oayenpnrt,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 311
DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY
PLYMOUTH PARKVIEW ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the construction of Northwest Boulevard, Project
205, it was necessary to purchase an entire parcel of land; and
WHEREAS, a proposed plat has been prepared designating this property as
Plymouth Parkview Addition; and
WHEREAS, Outlots B, C and D contain. land surplus to the City's needs; and
WHEREAS, the City has previously entered into an agreement with the Hennepin
County Park District for the conveyance of Outlot D;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Outlots B, C and D of the proposed Plymouth Parkview
Addition are declared surplus property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to receive proposals
for the sale of Outlots B and C, and Outlot D is to be conveyed to the Hennepin
County Regional Park District in accordance with the previously approved
agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:rlayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
