Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day
of May 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-310
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO.5
PROJECT NO. 408
DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated January 29, 1985 for Progressive
Contractors, Inc., has been prepared by Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $36,529.65 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project No. 408.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
