Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of May 1985.
The following members were present:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 306
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARINr ON THE EXPANSION AND
MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT N0. 1, AND TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1, PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES CHAPTER 472.A.
WHEREAS, the City Manager in a report dated May 2, 1985 recommended that the City
Council consider expanding and modifying Development District No. 1 and Tax Increment
Financing District No. 1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 472.A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the
Council shall meet at 7:30 p.m., Monday, May 20, 1985 for the purpose of conducting a
public hearing on the expansion and modification of Development District No. 1, and
Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, and the proposed amendments to the develop-
ment program and tax increment financing plan pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
472.A. and further that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish a
notice of said hearing in substantially the form of the notice attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
