HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-301CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of Ma 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-301 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR TIPTON BUILDING FOR TIPTON CORPORATION (85013) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Tipton Building as renuested by Tipton Corporation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MTN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re- cording of, and related to said plat: . 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Provisions for a 20 -ft. wide trail easement per Comprehensive Park Plan, as veri- fied by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City standards. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit. 4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engi- neer prior to filing the Final Plat. 6. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils. Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none â– hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
