Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of May 1965.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,-CounciImembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTIONS NO. 85-300
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR TIPTON BUILDING FOR TIPTON CORPORATION (85013)
WHEREAS, Tipton Corporation has requested approval for Final Plat for Tipton Building,
a plat for one lot on .65 acres located on the southwest corner of 34th Avenue North
and Fernbrook Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Tipton Corporation
for Tipton Building located southwest of 34th Avenue North and Fernbrook Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
