Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of May 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 298
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 34TH AVENUE NORTH AND FERNBROOK LANE (85013)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
southwest of 34th Avenue and Fernbrook Lane from FRD (future restricted development)
District to B-1 (office limited business) District in conjunction with approval of
Final Plat for Tipton Building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Tipton Building
• to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembers Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor avenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
