Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of May 1935.
The following members were present:Mayour Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasil.iou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 85-291
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR DEKOCO
ADDITION FOR DEKOCO COMPANY (81045)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for DEKOCO ADDITION as requested
by DEKOCO COMPANY;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re-
cording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Pol-
icy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permits.
3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
• 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. Approved Variances for lot widths of 162.52 for Lots 1 and 2.
7. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
8. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
9. Appropriate legal documents allowing for the shared drive and access to the front-
age road, shall be submitted with the Final Plat application, and be filed and re-
corded with the Final Plat at Hennepin County, subject to approval by the City
Attorney.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayour avenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
