Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of May . 1935.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, c neider,
Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Counciimember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 290
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR DEKOCO COMPANY FOR DEKOCO ADDITION (81045)
WHEREAS, DEKOCO COMPANY has requested approval for Final Plat for DEKOCO ADDITION for
three lots on 8.25 acres located no^th of County Road 9, south of 45th Avenue North and
east of Nathan Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for DEKOCO COMPANY for
DEKOCO ADDITION for three lots on 8.25 acres located north of County Road 9, south of
45th Avenue North and east of Nathan Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
