Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _rameeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the Sth day
of May �, 1985. The following members were present: Mavnr Cavpnnert,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 288
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF AN ALLEYWAY ADJACENT TO
LOTS 1 THROUGH 5, SUBURBANDALE ON PARKERS LAKE ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate an alleyway adjacent to Lots 1
through 6, Block 1, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on May 6, 1985
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of May 6, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on May 6, 1985 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of said alleyway adjacent to
Lots 1 through 6, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said alleyway was not
needed for public purposes adjacent to Lots 1 through 5, Block 1, Suburbandale
on Parkers Lake Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following alleyway be vacated:
An alleyway adjacent to Lots 1 through 5, Block 1, Suburbandale
on Parkers Lake Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: %yor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
