Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of •-
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the -- 22nd day of April 1985.

Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-287
AUTHORIZE AGREEMENT WITH JAMES B. McCOMB & ASSOCIATES
TO CONDUCT MARKET ANALYSIS AND FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined th it is advisable to reanalyze and
evaluate the overall plan for the "Downtown Plymouth" Mixed Planned Unit Development:
and
WHEREAS, James B. McComb and Associates has submitted a proposal for such a study
dated February 25, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his memorandum dated April 19, 1985 has recommended that
the City undertake the Phase I portion of the proposal submitted by James B. McComb
and Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that the James B. McComb and Associates proposal dated February 25, 1995
for a Phase I analysis of the Downtown Plymouth Mixed Planned Unit Development (MPUD)
be and the same is hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $25,100 be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the City's General Fund Contingency account to finance this study.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken tbereon, e
ollowing voted n favor thereof: layor avenport, Councilmembers Crain, peils
and Schneider

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed Clerk of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on December 5
1982 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript thereof.
WITNESS, my hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the City this 28th day of January , 1985.
