Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day
of April , 1985. The following members were presen77—Rayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Crain. Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 284
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - EVEREST AND FOUNATIN LANE
Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 21, 1985, a report has
been prepared by the Director of Public Works with reference to the improvement
of the intersection of Everest and Fountain Lane by the installation of an
ornamental residential street light and this report was received by the Council
on April 22, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted January 21, 1985. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
