Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day
ofAril , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-283
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING
STREET LIGHTING
QUANTICO LANE FROM :'RD AVENUE TO 8TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the City Council adopted March 18, 1985, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Quantico Lane from 3rd Avenue to 8th Avenue by th. installation of
residential street lighting and this report was received by the Council on
April 22, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the rr.port and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion o; the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws of 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at
an estimated total cost of the improvement of $828.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 20th
day of May 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Center,
3400 Plymouth Blvd., Plymouth, Minnesota and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
