Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day
of April , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Counci members Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 281
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT, LOT 11, BLOCK 5, GREENTREE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Thomas R. Betz, has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following utility and drainage easement:
The North 6 feet of the West 35 feet of Lot 11, Block i, Greentree West.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL,,'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should and hereby does establish the date of May 20', 1985 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Blvd.,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the
. administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resoltuion was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils
and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Schnelder
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
