Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22ndduy
of April , 1985. The following members were present:
Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 278
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
BASS LAKE HEIGHTS 3RD ADDITION (83008)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 28, 1984, BLH
Development Company, developer of Bass Lake Heights 3rd Addition (83008) has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY Or
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Sanitary Sewer System
Watermain System
Storm Sewer System
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning
Maintenance of Erosion and
Sediment Control Plan
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements
Park and Trail Improvements
Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Built*

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $149.420 to $127,076 to
reflect the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty socoadod by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councill�IberS Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
