Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was on t 22nd the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ptzon:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 277
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONCEPT PLANS FOR
GREEN OAKS AND CIRCLE NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS
AAA
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission, in conformance with the
1985 CIP, has begun the development of play equipment at three neighborhood
park sites, and
WHEREAS, the consultant has presented concept plans for each of these three
park sites, and
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on Tuesday evening, April 16, for review
and discussion of each of these concept plans, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Cemmissic;, was in attendance at
this meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that the
City Council give approval to concept plans as presented and modified for
Green Oaks and Circle neighborhood parks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that concept plans No. 3 with amendments for Green
Oaks and Circle neighborhood parks as recommended by the Park and Recreation
Advisory Commission are hereby approved.
