HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-267CITY OF PLYlIOttTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of April , 1985. The following members were present: avor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou . The following members were • absent: none � ♦#e �*� COuncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 85- 267 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - STEEPLECHASE 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 15, 1985, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Steeplechase 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council April 15, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted April 15, 1985. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve- . ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
