Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesot.,i was held on the 15th day of
April , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou.The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 265
WITHDRAWING PROJECT FROM 1985 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
PROJECT NO. 518 - WOODLANDS ADDITION, PHASE A
STREET AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the devlopers of Woodlands Addition, Phase A, had petitioned the City
to install a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and drainage
facilities, sanitary sewer and watermain, and all necessary appurtenances on
streets within the Woodlands Addition, Phase A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, per Resolution No. 85-138 dated February 28, 1985,
ordered the improvements for Woodlands Addition, Phase A; and
WHEREAS, the developer in a letter dated March 29, 1985 has requested that the
improvements be withdrawn from the 1985 Public Improvement Project program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
10 PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvements are hereby removed from the 1985 Public Improvements
Program by the request of the developer in a letter dated March 29, 1985.
2. The Finance Director is to invoice the developer for costs incurred to date
for said improvements per the conditions of the petition dated December 18,
1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
