Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th
day of April , 19 85 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers Schnee er, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 85- 263
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR NEW HOPE JAYCEES
WHEREAS, application for a temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License has been
received from Gregory Robert Dvorsak, 425 Sunnyridge Lane, representing the New
Hope Jaycees, in conjunction with a softball tournament on May 4 and 5 for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, required insurance provided,and the Police
• Department has investigated the applicant and finds no reason to deny the
license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License be approved
for the period May 4 and 5, 1985 for Gregory Robert Dvorsak.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci lmembpr Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, Tie'
